University of Arizona President Robert N. Shelton delivered his second State of the University address on November 13, 2008 at the Irving & Rose Levine Grand Ballroom at the UA Student Union Memorial Center.

Shelton presented an appraisal of the UA's achievements over the past year and discussed the short-term and long-term future of the University.

The UA Channel, available on Cox Channel 116 and Comcast Channel 76 in Tucson, will rebroadcast the speech throughout November. Confirmed broadcast times are Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. and Nov. 15 at 8 p.m.
