Season 1, Episode 8 of 8 :  Judgment Day

This episode begins on September 29, as the colonists celebrate Michaelmas, the feast of St. Michael the Archangel. They are also getting ready for a feast to celebrate the closing of their accounts. The village is decorated with husks of dried corn, fir boughs and ribbons. The colony's performance is assessed by a panel of experts; after the outcome is announced, the participants depart for the 21st century. The journey back to their modern-days lives is an unexpected challenge.
