The Navajo Generating Station in Page, Arizona will shut down permanently this December. While the closure will mean cleaner air and less pollution in northern Arizona, it will also ripple through the Navajo and Hopi economies. Change Labs believes entrepreneurs have a critical role to play during this time of transformation.
