With all the stresses and distractions of daily life and the constant drumbeat of conflict and suffering in the world, it is comforting to know that there are ways to calm our minds and find inner peace. Some turn to exercise, some to self-expression through art and music, and still others to meditation. We spent time with two Buddhist nuns in Tucson who share their thoughts on why meditation is at the heart of their practice.
