Champions can come from anywhere, including Rio Rico, a small town in southern Arizona. Rio Rico High School has been home to some of the fastest distance runners in Arizona for some time. For the last several years two sisters have dominated the competition. Their success and that of their teammates comes from good coaching, good parenting, and a lot of hard work.
