Hollywood at Home presents Rocky II

Underdog Philadelphia fighter Rocky Balboa gets another shot at heavyweight champ Apollo Creed. Saturday at 9 p.m. on PBS 6. by Colleen Greer

Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) lost the fight to Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) but learns that Apollo thought he did a hell of a job. The defeated Rocky marries Adrian (Talia Shire), buys a sports car and is a hero in his Philadelphia neighborhood. Doctors advise Rocky that his injured eye could lead to blindness if he fights again. Rocky agrees to make some commercials, but is disgusted by the degrading junk he is asked to perform, and quits. No money...no job... and a wife to support. He sells his beloved car. But the victorious Apollo Creed has a problem too, he is being ridiculed for letting "such a bum" go the distance with him. Apollo wants a rematch to prove that Rocky's showing was a fluke. Against his wife's wishes, Rocky agrees to fight Apollo again.
