BREWER: The panel looked at Gov. Jan Brewer's decision not to seek another term, and the legacy she will leave.

LEGISLATURE UPDATE: What happened and what didn't happen at the Arizona Legislature this week as the session wears on without much talk of a budget.

WATER ISSUES: Water issues in the Santa Cruz Valley, with a proposal for allocation of Tucson's share of Central Arizona Project water.
