Arizona Public Media (AZPM) presents a film by Cody Sheehy, Beyond the Mirage: The Future of Water in the West, a production of the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and the Water Resources Research Center (WRRC).
Beyond the Mirage is a journey deep into the fascinating water shortage that is unfolding across the Western United States. Avoiding the mounting risk to our economic and social systems is possible, in large part by learning from countries like Israel that have already navigated successfully from water insecurity to abundance both for humans and the natural environment.
