Johnny Gibson Remembered

Hear Johnny Gibson tell the story of his heroism during World War II.

Hear Johnny Gibson tell the story of his heroism during World War II.

To honor Memorial Day in the year 2005, Arizona Spotlight host Julie Bierach invited Johnny Gibson, the Tucson businessman, barber, and fitness enthusiast, to come to the KUAZ Studio and tell the story of his experience as a paratrooper during World War II. Left alone to tell the story in his on words, Johnny's unique verve and personality come shining through.

Johnny Gibson passed away June 3, 2010 at age 88.
