Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll talks about property taxes in a wide-ranging interview with Bill Buckmaster of Arizona Public Media. Mr. Carroll also discusses the latest on the wastewater treatment plant dispute with Marana and a plan by a Canadian company to refurbish and reopen an aging underground copper mine near the top of Mt. Lemmon.
