Greg Byrne, the Arizona Wildcats athletic director since May is a man in motion. In a wide-ranging interview Mr. Byrne talks about the UA Athletic Department financial picture, plans for expanding the UA Stadium, Pac-10 expansion plus the changes that are aimed at making student athletes more accountable.
