Bringing School Spending Up to Speed

Arizona Education Network encourages taxpayers to donate to local schools

Nationwide, Arizona ranks dead last in how much it spends on each student's education. But according to Ann-Eve Pedersen of the Arizona Education Network, everyone can have a hand in changing that--by choosing to donate to local schools. She explains Arizona's School Tax Credit, which enables taxpayers to get a tax credit from the state while helping their schools.
