On Sunday, NewsHour Weekend travels to Chicago to explore the dire situation of low-income, uninsured Americans with mental illness. After millions was slashed from mental health spending during the recession, specialized facilities around the country were forced shut, leaving many patients with nowhere to turn. Now, a Chicago nonprofit aims to set the standard for providing adequate health care coverage to Americans with mental illnesses. NewsHour Weekend Correspondent Stephen Fee reports.
