When she meets a person who uses sign language, Tracy learns there are many wonderful ways of communicating, and uses her new skills to create a special tribute to Amelia. Picture Day - On Picture Day, Snuffy feels insecure. He and Old Oscar are the only ones with big propellers and it makes Snuffy feel awkward. Old Oscar steps in and explains that Snuffy's propeller helps him to skywrite - it's what makes Snuffy so unique! Snuffy comes to appreciate the beauty of his propeller - and how picture- perfect he is!
