ONCE UPON A SLEIGH RIDE is a documentary about the life and music of Leroy Anderson (1908-1975), the American composer of light concert music. Included in this program is film footage of Mr. Anderson leading the Harvard Band, appearing on the Ed Sullivan Show, and speaking and conducting at a 1972 Boston Pops concert.
