He teaches a class on civil discourse. Ray Carroll exit interview: Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll decided not to seek re-election this year, so he’ll leave office at the beginning of 2017 after 20 years in the position. He talks about his successes, challenges and legacy. USS Arizona: We visit the USS Arizona exhibit on campus and then interview the University of Arizona athletics department’s James Francis about ways in which its sports teams are honoring the 75th anniversary of the bombing at Pearl Harbor.
