The environmental effects and scarcity of fossil fuels have challenged us to find better ways of using energy and transitioning to renewable energy systems. This episode showcases how the skill training of the carpenters and millwrights within the construction industry helps maximize renewable energy systems. Later, we head to a skill-training facility to explain how the carpenters and millwrights work as a team constructing wind turbine systems.
