A clown comes to visit Old Oscar at Tarrytown Airpost and teaces the y oung planes a new game, the funny face game. Jay Jay is determined to win. He's so determined that he can't wait for his coat of polish to d ry and ends up with a frozen funny face. Then, after a rainstorm Snuff y sees his first rainbow and tries to chase it.
