Ming continues his adventures on Maui with chef Lee Anne Wong. Heading to Kako'o 'Oiwi farm, the chefs gather traditional Hawaiian ingredients, such as taro plants, edible ferns and breadfruit. Heading into the kitchen, Ming and Lee Anne create a sumptuous meal celebrating the heritage of the islands.
