At Atkins Farm, we learn the secret to delicious cider doughnuts and assist with the daily baking. Nearby, we visit an entire museum dedicated to picture book art and learn more about some famous childhood literary characters. Later on, we train with a master falconer and learn what it feels like to have a hawk land on your hand! Then, we finish our visit to the valley with a day in the quirky college town of Northampton.
