A) Franny travels to the mountains where she meets Adam, a boy who's camping with his older brother. Adam wants to be a good camper like his brother, but can't seem to do anything right. His fire logs collapse, and he accidentally leaves the picnic food out for the ants. But when the tent blows down, and the flashlight runs out of batteries, Adam's creative thinking saves the day - and he realizes that he's an excellent camper after all. In Franny's Treasures, Franny and Bobby help the audience learn about insects, including fireflies, ants, bees, and butterflies. B) Franny travels to the Galapagos Islands, where she makes friends with a seal and a giant tortoise. They invite her to play paddleball, but won't chase after the ball because they fear they'll run into the monster that lives in the rocks. Franny discovers that the monster is actually a friendly, but lonely, iguana. Franny makes the introductions - and they all become good friends. In Franny's Treasures, Franny and Bobby help the audience to learn more similarities and differences among seals, tortoises, and iguanas.
