Cystic fibrosis is an incurable genetic disorder characterized by the buildup of thick mucus that can damage many of the body's organs. Screening at birth, along with exercise and physiotherapy, can help sufferers live longer and improve their quality of life. Also in the show: we look at one of the possible effects of too much exercise and treatment methods to combat recurring nightmares.
