In the final episode of this series, Jerry shows his viewers how to add final highlights to the glowing lights, dock, and pier. Then proceeds how to paint in the three distant figures at the end of the pier. Now he shows where to place the seagulls along the piers railing and shows how to paint them. Then he finishes up the painting by adding additional details to the dock area, boat masts, and American flag.
