Tending The Wild

If you've ever been to a zoo, you may have wondered about hou the animals are taken care of. This program looks at care given to captive animals at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and examines the physical and philosophi cal aspects of keeping animals captive, how care takers "enrich" animals' lives, display them to the public, and, in some cases, relocate them back into the wild.
