Gleaning is the centuries old practice of harvesting and collecting crops that aren't sellable and redistributing it to people and communities and need. Now with food pantries struggling to keep up with demand due to COVID-19, it's one of the ways farmers are salvaging their crops to help avoid losses and to feed Americans in need.
