Even before COVID-19 shutdowns, some of New York's Chinatown business districts were already seeing a decline in sales. The financial hit from the pandemic and a rise in anti-Asian hate crimes only made things worse. Now, as the country and businesses begin to reopen, PBS NewsHour Weekend's Laura Fong reports on how some Asian owned businesses are hoping to recover.
