Martha Monkey is convinced that a huge bouquet of balloons will win her more friends. She gets so carried away, that the bouquet lifts her up into the sky. Noddy rescues her and helps her to realise that she does have true friends. Then, Big Ears has hidden balloons around Toy Town for Noddy to find. Each time he finds one, he says the Russian word for "balloon". Next, the Goblins wrap up all sorts of junk and have Noddy deliver the packages to all of Toy Town. Noddy gets blamed for giving out nasty gifts and has to set the record straight with the Goblins. Afterwards, a bunch of presents arrive on the Toy Town Express that Noddy is in charge of delivering. Every time he hands the gifts out, he says the word "present" in Russian. During the music video, "The Weather Song," Noddy and his friends sing about how they like to play in different kinds of weather.
