EVERYDAY FOOD creates four amazing dishes with chicken, the country's most popular meat. First, Sarah makes roast chicken with lemon and fennel. She then prepares braised chicken with a sweet and earthy date sauce that's a perfect meal for cool weather. Lucinda lightly fries chicken cutlets until they're slightly crispy, then tops them with a simple herb butter and white wine sauce. John assembles lemony chicken breasts with peppery watercress and radishes, a healthy dish that tastes great.
