INSIDE goes to one of the top kidney transplant departments in the country - Johns Hopkins Hospital - to see what it takes to pull off one of the most pioneering surgeries being performed today. In a complex process of donation and coordination, three donors give their kidneys to total strangers and in return their loved ones receive a transplant. This life-saving procedure requires precise orchestration, nearly 100 doctors, nurses and staff, months of preparation and six synchronized operations on one day.
