Ray Suarez's reports from China continue with a report on efforts by that country to fight obesity a growing problem spurred by increased incomes and an influx of Western food chains. This problem hints at the vast changes in the country. In the course of just a few decades, China has moved from a society with periodic famine to one where the rapidly rising rate of obesity is a serious public health threat.
