Continuing its longstanding holiday tradition, GREAT PERFORMANCES returns to the stately splendor of Vienna's Musikverein for its annual New Year's Day celebration with the Vienna Philharmonic. Paula Zahn will host to welcome the New Year with public television audiences, with Franz Welser-Most leading the Vienna Philharmonic in a festive selection of Strauss Family favorites.
