We'll get an update on the 2012 drought and take a look at what the federal government is doing to help farmers. Chicago Bureau Chief Diane Eastabrook will have details. Nearly all S&P 500 firms have reported results for the second quarter but profits are up only fractionally compared to last year. New York Correspondent Erika Miller takes a look ahead to what the third quarter will look like for corporate profits.
