Rocky Otoo is the Bronx-bred teenage daughter of Ghanaian parents, and she's no pushover. She is a sassy high- achiever bound for college. In "Jennifer," filmmaker Stewart Copeland explores his relationship with his late mother and the distant spaces between memory and history, longing and loss. Annie P. Waldman's "So the Wind Won't Blow It All Away" looks at three high-school students who have returned to New Orleans on their own after Hurricane Katrina in order to graduate with their friends.
