The pacific northwest shows off its amazing seafood and talented chefs. Seattle's top restaurateur Tom Douglas creates an updated version of crab foo yung. Renee Erickson of Walrus and the Carpenter restaurant shows off the area's wonderful oysters. Jerry Traunfeld gives us a look at his garden at Poppy restaurant before making a spectacular version of slow roasted salmon.
