Las Vegas: Todd English, Mike Minor, Geno Bernardo

We're feeling lucky in Vegas to see four of the city's top chefs demonstrating their favorite dishes. Todd English of P.U.B. and Olives makes a delicious carrot risotto. Mike Minor of Border Grill shows off his tattoos and his fresh ceviche. Geno Bernardo makes croxetti, stamped pasta, using family heirlooms handed down to him from his grandmother. Luciano Pelligrini from Valentino restaurant demonstrates how to make fresh pasta from scratch.
