Endovascular Leg Therapies

Season 1, Episode 3 of 7

This new episode in Eight’s award-winning medical series helps viewers understand the risk factors of this sweeping national epidemic. PVD (peripheral vascular disease) is caused by blockages in blood vessels that decrease blood flow to the legs and feet. In many cases, treating these blockages at their early stages can help or eliminate uncomfortable lower leg complications and the need for amputation. Our cameras are in the operating room during a live, non-invasive endovascular treatment of this procedure.
