"Ready to Retire?" takes a look at some of these major life issues through the personal stories of baby boomers. These include James Torres, a former Wall Street banker who lost his job due to outsourcing; Robert Fano, president of a small business who has had to delay his retirement plans and now works six days a week; and Michele Mendes, a pediatric nurse who has expanded her career into teaching.
