Bluegrass Underground

Steeldrivers

Season 3, Episode 7 of 12

The Steeldrivers were the first national act to play BLUEGRASS UNDERGROUND, having since earned the International Bluegrass Music Association's Emerging Artist of the Year, the Americana Music Association's New Artist of the Year, three Grammy nominations and four IBMA awards. The Steeldrivers braid bluegrass roots with country, soul and contemporary influences to create an unapologetic hybrid. This is new music with the old feeling ... and vice versa. English pop star Adele calls them, "a blues, country, bluegrass, swagger band. .. They are brilliant."
