Ferny is distraught when his pet fish, Thor, dies. Piggley and Dannan try to help Ferny by distracting him with games and play, but Ferny doesn't seem to be getting "better". The townsfolk pitch in and hold a wake for Thor to help Ferny talk about and share his feelings and to celebrate the happiness Thor brought him. Lesson: Dealing with loss and acquiring the grace to accept the things we cannot change gives us the power to celebrate life.
