The Teletubbies Everywhere segment features Tinky Winky counting four, Laa-Laa making a square, and the color red with Po. The film from Taiwan shows some children mixing paint and drawing Chinese signs on squares of red paper, which they then stick onto the front door for good luck. In Teletubbyland, Po puts her hand in her Tubby Custard and makes handprint decorations all over the inside of Home Hill. The other Teletubbies think it is beautiful, but The Noo-Noo cleans it all up anyway.
