Mister Rogers visits ornithologist David Ford at the aviary to see lots of different birds that people care for. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe King Friday is upset because his pet birds aren't working hard enough, while Lady Elaine Fairchilde plans a "love" exhibit at the Museum of Love. Mister Rogers says that giving and accepting care are good ways to show your love.
