For many students around the country, the new school year is just getting started. But in some states, school has been in session all summer long. On Sunday, NewsHour Weekend visits one in West Virginia where administrators, teachers and parents swear by a year-round calendar that has the same number of teaching days as any other school, just spread throughout the year.
