In MEDIEVAL LIVES: BIRTH, MARRIAGE, DEATH, historian, author and television presenter Helen Castor (She-Wolves: England's Early Queens) explores how the people of the Middle Ages handled the most fundamental moments of transition in life. In doing so, she reveals the beliefs and thought process of those living in the medieval world.
