On February 28, 2016, world famous artist Kenny Scharf painted cars in the Hotel Congress parking lot for his Karbombz ! art project. Scharf has made a living as an artist for decades but paints cars for free. He views them as forms of public art and as a way to put the focus on the art instead of money. Producer: Andrew Brown
