How policies under Trump and Biden impact uptick in border apprehensions

As Customs and Border Protection tracks an increase in apprehensions along the U.S./Mexico border, University of Arizona associate professor Elizabeth Oglesby discussed how policies enacted by the Trump administration and upheld by President Biden have shaped current immigration trends. Oglesby researches human rights and Central America at the UA Center for Latin American Studies.
