Clases de Ciudadanía
For more than 25 years, Pima Community College has been offering free citizenship classes for adults in our community. The classes are part of the institution’s ABECC (Adult Basic Education for College and Career) Program and have a success rate of more than 90 percent, according to PCC. Students enrolled in the class are legal permanent residents who focus on English writing and speaking, US history, and an ”interview” which is part of the test.

ScholarshipsA-Z
ScholarshipsA-Z is a Tucson-based immigrant youth-led organization that works to make higher education accessible to all students regardless of immigration status. This organization highlights the impact of making scholarships available for undocumented students and informs future students about resources that Scholarships A-Z provides.

Tradicíones
Tradiciones was founded in 2009 in Tucson with the purpose of sharing Peruvian and Latin American music in Arizona and beyond. Tradiciones whisk us away on a euphoric journey with every beat. Their melodies are irresistible! Your feet will start tapping and hips start swaying almost involuntarily. Their music brings a unique experience full of joy and gratitude. Tradiciones also performs in local restaurants, bars, and festivals.

Viva Piñata
Piñata Factory is a small shop on Stone Ave owned by Tito Alcaraz and Denia Arrizon. They make custom piñatas and have been doing it in the family for four generations. Owners say pinatas are popular among many people in the community, including a large number of non-Hispanics/Mexicans who enjoy celebrating with these decorated containers.
