METRO WEEK: Civil Discourse Programs Get Out Young Vote

Tucson-based national institute says its efforts are making measurable difference

This week Metro Week checks in on the progress of the Institute for Civil Discourse with its Executive Director Carolyn J. Lukensmeyer.

  • An update on the institute's Text Talk Vote program that successfully encouraged some young adults to vote even though they weren't planning to before they participated.
