In the United States, veterans make up a disproportionately high percentage of the homeless population. But, what happens when a homeless vet dies alone and on the street? The Missing in America Project seeks to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed and forgotten remains of American veterans. And for service to their nation, to ensure that they are buried with honor and respect ... and that, they are never forgotten. The veterans honored here were interred at The Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Marana, Arizona.
