Meditation apps, like Headspace and Calm, are booming, earning millions—in revenue and in users—every month. But do they work?

You can get apps on your phone that will do just about anything from turning on the lights to bringing you food, ordering a car through a ride service or adjusting the temperature in your home. Now meditation apps like Headspace and Calm are capturing millions of users and earning millions of dollars, but do they work?
