Myth and The West

Cody Young, Old Tucson Studios, and the legacy of Westerns in film.

Cody Young grew up around Old Tucson Studios with his father "Blackjack" Young, a Hollywood stuntman who worked with legends like John Ford and John Wayne. Cody was enamored with Western films. Now, he teaches students at the University of Arizona about The Western but his relationship with those films is a lot more complicated.
